YOYO Sauna offers a traditional Finnish experience with an eco-conscious twist, it has a cutting-edge, emission-free stove powered by renewable energy. The sauna has been designed and built in the UK using Finnish sauna building techniques to provide maximum löyly with a minimal carbon footprint.
The sauna garden is a hidden oasis in the city, cold plunge pool and a warm heated pool, both filtered with gentle, skin-friendly salt. We also offer special treatments like aufguss rituals, infused ice balls, and salt scrubs for a truly rejuvenating experience.
We have eight private studios ranging in size from 120 to 240 sq. ft, perfect for a private art studio, workshop or small business. We also have a large shared creative studio with six individual workspaces available to rent, this shared space has its own lounge and kitchen. If clay is your medium, we have a well equipped ceramic studio where desks are available to rent. All the studios have 24/7 access. Prices start from £245 per month.
As a resident, you will have access to the on-site Yoyo Sauna as well at a discounted rate. Other facilities include a shared kitchen area, toilets and secure bike parking.
Our stunning glass roof event space will host a calendar of events including workshops, exhibitions, foodie pop ups, day retreats, holistic escapes and corporate away days.
